Processing times may be longer during new releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders when stated on the website.
Estimated Delivery
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
BΛNGΛ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.
Local or In-Person Orders
Orders designated for local or in-person delivery or pickup may not require standard shipping. Instructions will be provided directly when applicable.
International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.
